The administrator declares that the materials, in particular photos / videos / written content, published by the administrator as part of the advertising being created, are his property. Before publishing a photo revealing the image of a given natural person, the administrator receives consent from that person for the publication of his image as part of the created advertisement. Before publishing a video material revealing the image of a given natural person, the administrator obtains permission from that person to publish their image. Photos / videos that do not contain the image of a natural person, i.e. depicting only things, they do not allow the identification of a natural person, therefore consent is not required in this case.

Data collected as part of the created MK Company Maciej Kusaj Facebook ads will be processed by the administrator only to enable the user to use the services described as part of the advertising message, i.e. to:

  2. Signing up for Internet Training
  3. Receive a Discount Code
  4. Receive free material

This processing takes place:

We would also like to inform you that users have the right to view / access their personal data and correct them, as well as the right to control data processing, obtain information about the processing of personal data, supplement, update, rectify data, temporarily or permanently suspend data processing, the right to transferring personal data and deleting data from the collection. The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office.

The data is processed until the user expresses his objection – withdrawal of consent to Facebook settings.
